Tri-Tip with a Kiss

Ingredients:
• 1 Tri Tip roast
• Worcestershire sauce
• Kiss the Chef Spice – Universal (or to taste)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Tri Tip:
  •  Place the Tri Tip roast in a shallow dish or on a large plate. o Pour
Worcestershire sauce over the meat to moisten it. o Generously shake Kiss the
Chef Spice (Universal) over the Tri Tip, rubbing it in on all sides to ensure even
coverage.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
2. Prepare for cooking:
  • Take the marinated Tri Tip out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to
bring it to room temperature.

3. Cook the Tri Tip:
  • Preheat your BBQ grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). o If using a grill, cook
the Tri Tip over medium-high heat, searing each side for about 3-4 minutes to get a
nice crust.
  • If roasting in the oven, place the Tri Tip on a roasting pan or baking sheet and roast
for 20-30 minutes depending on your desired doneness..

4. Rest before slicing:
  • Once the Tri Tip reaches your desired temperature, remove it from the heat source
and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to
redistribute.

5. Serve:
  • Slice against the grain and serve your deliciously seasoned Tri Tip with your
favorite sides or a nice dipping sauce!
