Share
No boiling water, no cracked shells—just perfectly cooked eggs straight from the oven!
What You’ll Need:
- Room temperature eggs
- A damp kitchen towel
- Oven-safe rack
- Ice bath (large bowl with water + ice)
Instructions:
- Oven is off: Start with the oven turned off.
- Set the towel: Lay a damp towel on the oven rack.
- Egg placement: Gently place room temperature eggs on the towel. Use the bars of the oven rack to keep them steady—no rolling around! (Make sure they don’t touch each other.)
- Turn it on: Set the oven to 320°F.
- Bake: Let the eggs cook for 30 minutes.
- Ice bath time: While they’re baking, prep a bowl of icy water.
- Cool down: Once time’s up, carefully grab the towel by the corners and transfer the eggs straight into the ice bath.
- Chill & peel: Let them cool completely before peeling.
- Enjoy! Perfect for snacks, salads, or meal prep.
