Baked Acorn Squash with a Kiss

Ingredients

  • 1 Acorn Squash
  • Olive oil
  • Kiss the Chef Spice - Universal
  • Honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. With a sharp knife, slice the stem off. Cut down the center of the acorn squash. Use a spoon to scoop out the Seeds and guts. 
  3. Sprinkle KTC - Universal on top of squash. Rub the olive oil so the squash has a light coat all around the inside. Flip the squash and cut into quarters.
  4. Place the acorn squash sliced up on the baking sheet. Drizzle Honey on the top and put in the oven for 30 -40 minutes.
