Ingredients
- 1 Acorn Squash
- Olive oil
- Kiss the Chef Spice - Universal
- Honey (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside.
- With a sharp knife, slice the stem off. Cut down the center of the acorn squash. Use a spoon to scoop out the Seeds and guts.
- Sprinkle KTC - Universal on top of squash. Rub the olive oil so the squash has a light coat all around the inside. Flip the squash and cut into quarters.
- Place the acorn squash sliced up on the baking sheet. Drizzle Honey on the top and put in the oven for 30 -40 minutes.
